West Fork Rail Trail is a remote 22-mile route between Glady and Durbin following the West Fork of the Greenbrier River through the Monongahela National Forest. The steady rail grade, gravel surface, and abundant dispersed campsites make it ideal for both day rides and multi-day bikepacking expeditions, while dozens of trestles and historic signage commemorate the railroad ghost towns lost to the forest. As one of the most remote rail-trails in the nation, West Fork offers mountain bikers and horseback riders a true backcountry experience along a scenic river corridor.
